Food: ● Young shoots and young leaves can be used as food, such as vegetables and spicy salad, fish soup, etc. [12] ● Its flowers are considered like vegetables and are mainly eaten stuffed. [12] Medicine: ● In Laos, the flowers are dried and used to make herbal medicine and tea to nourish the body. [12] ● Leaves: heal the sore of skin ● The bark is boiled and drunk as medicine for fever which can help against diarrhea and deal with symptoms related to alcoholism [7.] The inner bark decoction can be used for vaginal douche as Postpartum protection against genital infections [11]. Stems: heal the infectious disease in early childhood ● Tone dok pip is also a traditional medicine; the bark and twigs are taken to make a decoction which is said to be good for the liver and arthritis The flowers are beautiful and have a cylindrical canopy. not scattered Popularly grown as an ornamental plant in the house or along the roadside.
